Job Description : Finance Manager Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates Industry: Manufacturing About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our manufacturing company in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions Implement effective costing methods and policies Oversee audits and ensure compliance with regulations Develop and enforce financial controls and procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Professional certifications like CPA/CA/ACCA are a plus) Proven experience in Accounts, Finance, Budgeting, Costing, and Audit (preferably in manufacturing) Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
