20 yearsJob Description : President Company: Major Italian Family-Owned Drinks Manufacturer (3rd Generation) Location: Flexible Global HQ (Italy with international travel) Reports to: Group Board of Directors / Family Ownership Role Purpose The International President will lead the global expansion and strategic direction of a heritage Italian drinks group. Building on over three generations of craftsmanship and entrepreneurial spirit, this role will ensure the brand continues to scale across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas while protecting the values of authenticity, family legacy, and quality that define the company. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the global growth strategy, balancing heritage with innovation. Identify new international markets, distribution channels, and partnerships in HORECA. Lead portfolio diversification and premium positioning across traditional and emerging beverage categories. Commercial Growth Drive revenue and profitability across all regions, ensuring market share gains. Expand and deepen distributor and retailer networks, negotiating major international contracts. Align global pricing, trade terms, and commercial policies. Brand & Marketing Elevate brand visibility and equity globally while maintaining Italian heritage as the core narrative. Oversee international marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen premium products. Governance & Family Values: Safeguard the company’s reputation as a family-owned heritage brand. Work closely with the family board to balance tradition with modern management practices. Ensure succession planning and mentorship of the next generation of leaders. Operational & Organizational Excellence Strengthen international supply chain, logistics, and production scalability. Establish best-in-class governance, compliance, and sustainability standards. Build a high-performing international leadership team across commercial, marketing, and operations. Background: 20+ years in premium drinks, FMCG, or luxury consumer goods, with proven success in global expansion and P&L leadership. Commercial Acumen: Deep knowledge of international markets (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Americas), with strong distributor and retail relationships. Brand Builder: Experience in scaling heritage or luxury brands globally, maintaining authenticity while innovating. Leadership: Charismatic leader able to balance entrepreneurial agility with structured governance. Cultural Fit: Respects Italian heritage and family ownership values; skilled in managing cross-cultural teams. Languages: Fluency in English required; Italian highly desirable.
