Job Description : Head of Sales – Luxury Real Estate Dubai, United Arab Emirates A leading luxury real estate developer, renowned for its collaborations with iconic Italian designer brands, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive growth across its portfolio of high-end apartments and exclusive villas. Role Overview: This is a senior leadership role, responsible for setting and executing the commercial strategy to position our developments as the benchmark for luxury living in Dubai and beyond. You will oversee sales performance, client relationship management, and brand alignment, ensuring every interaction reflects the sophistication and prestige of our developments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to deliver revenue and profitability targets across residential projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNWIs, investors, and global client networks. Partner closely with Italian designer brands to translate collaboration into compelling sales narratives. Shape go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and international sales campaigns. Drive digital and experiential sales activations, blending traditional luxury sales methods with modern innovation. Represent the brand at global exhibitions, private showcases, and investor roadshows. Provide market intelligence on luxury real estate trends, buyer preferences, and competitor activity. Candidate Profile: Proven track record leading sales in luxury real estate (villas and high-end apartments), preferably in Dubai or other global luxury markets. This is not a dreamers role and we don now want nor need agents? Thisbis a corporate profile leading strategy, growth, sales and marketing. Strong network of HNW and UHNW clientele, with the ability to originate and close high-value transactions. Experience working with or alongside global luxury brands/designers is highly desirable. Inspirational leadership style with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team. Commercially sharp, digitally fluent, and culturally aware.
