Job Description : Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Location: Dubai, UAE About the Group: A leading regional group with a diverse portfolio of international and homegrown brands spanning luxury, fashion, automotive, lifestyle, consumer goods and hospitality. The Role: The VP of Marketing will lead brand, marketing, and digital strategy across multiple verticals. This role requires a visionary leader who can elevate positioning, strengthen consumer engagement, and drive growth across both established and emerging markets. A core focus on hands on delivery and getting fast wins for the stakeholders whilst delivering the 3 year's long term strategy. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement a unified marketing and brand vision across diverse sectors (luxury, retail, lifestyle, automotive, hospitality). This is a must and profiles who do not come from a solid FMCG MNC with family group exposure will not be shortlisted. Lead the marketing transformation agenda with a focus on digital, data, and customer experience. Build and manage a high-performing marketing leadership team across multiple brands and categories. Develop long-term strategies to enhance brand equity while delivering short-term performance outcomes. Partner with CEOs, business heads, and global brand principals to align group strategies with international standards. Drive customer insights, CRM, and loyalty initiatives to deepen engagement and retention. Oversee content, PR, media, sponsorships, and large-scale brand activations across the region. Ensure all marketing investments deliver ROI, impact, and alignment with group growth objectives. Requirements 15+ years of senior leadership in marketing, with a strong track record in luxury, lifestyle, retail, or automotive sectors. Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of global and regional brands. Strong digital, e-commerce, and customer engagement expertise. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and hands-on execution capability. Exceptional leadership skills, able to influence across C-suite and international brand partners. Experience in the GCC market preferred is a must. Leading 6 Marketing Manager, 2 Digital and 2 social media managers with a team of content, SEO and editorial analysts.
