The business has built its reputation on delivering premium customer experiences, strong market performance, and long-term partnerships across the Middle East. A mixture of European, Chinese, Korean and Japanese vehicles with a strong commercial vehicle arm. The Role: We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead brand, digital, and customer engagement strategies across the group’s automotive and trading businesses. This leadership role will focus on elevating brand equity, driving sales growth, and building a world-class marketing function that delivers impact at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead the group’s marketing strategy across automotive, trading and commercial vehicle sectors. Develop and execute integrated campaigns (digital, ATL/BTL, events, sponsorships) to grow visibility and market share. Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Manage digital transformation of marketing including e-commerce, social media, CRM, and performance marketing. Drive customer experience initiatives to deepen loyalty and retention. Partner with business heads and global principals to align on brand and commercial objectives. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Track and analyze ROI, ensuring marketing spend drives measurable business outcomes. Candidate Profile: 12+ years’ marketing leadership experience in automotive, OEM multi branded organisations. Proven track record of managing multiple global brands within a diversified portfolio. Strong digital and customer engagement expertise. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. GCC/MEA market experience preferred Solid stakeholder management Package $18,000 NET + 30% Bonus + Schooling.
