The company partners with global and regional brands to deliver premium products across the UAE and wider Middle East, supported by extensive supply chain and distribution capabilities. The Role The Vice President of Procurement will drive strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and cost optimization across the group’s drinks and FMCG portfolio. This role requires a leader who can balance operational excellence with strategic vision ensuring reliable supply, competitive cost structures, and strong vendor relationships to support growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the procurement strategy for beverages and FMCG categories. Lead supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives to secure competitive advantage. Build strong partnerships with global and regional brand owners, bottlers, and raw material suppliers. Ensure procurement processes support speed, efficiency, and compliance with group standards. Oversee demand planning, contracts, and risk management in a volatile supply chain environment. Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain to align procurement goals with P&L impact. Introduce sustainability and innovation into sourcing and packaging strategies. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing procurement team. Candidate Profile 15+ years’ procurement leadership in beverages, FMCG, or distribution. 5+ years exposure in the UAE and GCC landscape Proven track record in vendor negotiations, sourcing strategies, and large-scale procurement operations. Deep knowledge of global and regional supply chain markets. Commercially minded with strong financial and P&L acumen. Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence C-Suite and external partners. GCC/MEA experience highly preferred Package AED 120,000 + Bonus + Schooling.
