Position Overview The group is hiring a Head of Marketing to shape and lead its marketing agenda across multiple automotive and trading businesses. This executive will be responsible for creating a powerful brand presence, driving digital and customer initiatives, and positioning the company as a market leader in both passenger and commercial segments. Core Responsibilities Design and deliver a comprehensive marketing roadmap tailored to the automotive and trading landscape in the UAE. Launch strategic brand-building initiatives to differentiate the group’s portfolio in a competitive market. Lead multi-channel marketing execution across digital platforms, traditional media, sponsorships, and large-scale events. Oversee the digital marketing ecosystem: e-commerce, social platforms, CRM, analytics, and performance-driven campaigns. Enhance customer experience through engagement and retention programs that build loyalty and advocacy. Serve as the bridge between global brand principals and local business leaders, ensuring alignment of objectives. Build, empower, and guide a marketing organization capable of delivering excellence at scale. Establish a data-driven culture, measuring ROI and optimizing spend to maximize commercial returns. Profile of the Ideal Candidate 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 10 in senior leadership roles within the automotive sector. Hands-on expertise in multi-brand management, particularly within OEM or regional distributor networks. Advanced knowledge of digital commerce, customer engagement platforms, and brand activation. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders. Proven success operating in the GCC/Middle East, ideally with a focus on UAE or similar markets.
