Oversee treasury, working capital, and debt management. Ensure compliance with audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements. Strengthen internal controls and optimize costs. Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team. Liaise with banks, insurers, suppliers, and auditors. What We’re Looking For ? Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) ? 7+ years’ senior finance experience in FMCG distribution or MNCs ? East Africa experience strongly preferred ? Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills ? Age below 45 years
