Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager – Offset | Kampala, Uganda ???????? We’re hiring an experienced Production Manager – Offset for a leading commercial printing press in Kampala, Uganda. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage offset printing & finishing operations ? Oversee production of beer labels, books, flyers, posters, carnets ? Ensure high quality, efficiency, and timely delivery ? Manage a team of 30+ staff (supervisors, operators, etc.) ? Collaborate with maintenance, prepress, and support departments Requirements: ???? Diploma/Bachelor's in Printing Engineering or Applied Science ???? 7-10 years of proven experience in commercial offset printing ???? Hands-on with 4-color+ presses, saddle stitch, perfect binding, etc. ???? Proficient in SAP/production software + MS Office ???? Fluent in English | Minimum age: 35 ????Location: Kampala, Uganda
