With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and operational excellence, we continue to drive growth and sustainability across the region. ????????Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee the end-to-end maintenance operations of our Blow Moulding facility in Nigeria. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of 30+ staff (regular & contract), ensuring machine upkeep with minimal downtime while implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance function for the blow moulding facility with a focus on uptime & efficiency. Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for specialized machines, including: Jagmohan: 30L – 250L blow machines Uniloy (Italy): 1L – 5L extrusion blow machines Bestar: 25L machines Tongda: 2L – 12L extrusion blow machines Victor: IBM 70S Supervise production of diverse product ranges: 100ml containers to 250L drums, including double L-ring drums and jerry cans (1L–50L). Lead & mentor a large Nigerian team, ensuring safety, compliance & performance excellence. Partner with the GM to align maintenance with plant objectives, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. ?????Qualifications & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10–15 years of experience in plastic manufacturing plants (mandatory). Prior experience in Nigeria/West Africa preferred. Strong technical expertise in blow moulding machinery with a proven track record in preventive maintenance & team leadership. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
