They are seeking a commercially minded Director of FP&A to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving performance and scaling the business. Director of FP&A – AI & SaaS | £120,000 – £150,000 base salary Robert Walters are partnering with a market-leading AI & SaaS business who are a market leader at the forefront of innovation in the tech space. With ambitious growth plans and strong private equity backing, they are now seeking a commercially minded Director of FP&A to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving performance and scaling the business. The Role As Director of FP&A, you will: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support rapid growth. Build robust financial models to inform investment, pricing, and growth strategy. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the PE investors, delivering insight that drives value creation. Develop and optimise reporting processes to ensure the business is equipped for continued scale. Provide clear performance metrics and actionable recommendations to maximise profitability and efficiency. Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team. The Person We are looking for a proven FP&A leader who brings: Advanced financial modelling expertise and the ability to translate data into strategic insight. Experience operating in a PE-backed environment, with exposure to investor relations and value creation strategies. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders. Experience in high-growth, fast-paced settings (SaaS / AI / Tech sector highly desirable). Excellent leadership skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach. The Offer Salary: £120,000 – £150,000 + competitive package.
