Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE DIRECTOR SWITZERLAND Lead all financial planning, reporting, tax, compliance, and treasury activities Prepare and manage investor-facing materials, press releases, and annual reports Oversee IFRS financial reporting and ensure audit readiness at all times Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with global regulations Build and manage external relationships (investors, auditors, banks) Partner cross-functionally with legal, IT, ESG, tax, and group functions Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team Drive continuous improvement and process optimization What You Bring: Recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, auditor) is essential Proven experience in a senior finance role (CFO, VP Finance) in a listed MNC Strong IFRS and financial reporting expertise Knowledge of international tax and regulatory environments Ability to manage complex financial operations across jurisdictions Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail when needed Confident communicator with strong leadership and mentoring skills High integrity, accountability, and the drive to “run the show” What's Offered: Key leadership role in a dynamic, global business High visibility and influence with executive and investor stakeholders Supportive, international culture with strong team values Long-term growth potential in a high-impact position Senior Finance Director
