Operations Director

Job Description : OPERATION DIRECTOR BILBAO SPAIN From the Industrial Division of RW Bilbao, we are seeking a Multi-Plant Operations Manager for an industrial client. The selected individual will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing operations across multiple production plants, ensuring compliance with strategic and operational objectives. This role is key to ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all facilities, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Strategic Management: Define and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Monitor overall plant performance and ensure that established KPIs (production, quality, costs, times, etc.) are met. Identify opportunities for improvement in plant operations Leadership and Team Management: Coordinate and supervise plant managers and other operational leaders. Promote a collaborative environment among different plants to share best practices. Develop training and professional growth plans for key personnel. Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure standardization of processes between plants. Oversee the implementation of new technologies or systems that improve productivity.
