Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER SINGAPORE Senior Finance Manager to drive business operations and provide people leadership. Our client is a recognised global leader in the industrial sector. In view of their current transformation needs, they are seeking for a leader with growth mindset and long-term vision to join the team as the Senior Finance Manager here in Singapore. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all finance matters across APAC countries in the region. You will lead a sizeable team in finance operations and management, take on treasury, tax and compliance and HR matters. As the lead, you will spearhead and initiate business process improvements and manage investor's relationships. You will also build strong relationships with various stakeholders and enhance internal controls for the respective business units in each market and be involved in roll out of new systems and processes to enhance finance capabilities. Lastly, you will be the key liaison for interaction with external auditors, bankers and tax consultants. The Successful Applicant Ideally, you have a Degree in Accountancy and is CPA or CA qualified. You possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience. You should possess a strong track record in leadership and driving communication with senior stakeholders. You have the ability to work under pressure and in an unstructured environment. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence key internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with SAP knowledge will be advantageous for the role.
