Job Description : WHOLE SALES MANAGER FOR SEA RETAIL a global retail brand, is a market leader in apparels, footwear and accessories. With over 100 years of history, they pride themselves in their investments in R&D to continuously innovate and achieve product excellence for their customers worldwide. APAC has been a high growth region for them over the last two years, especially when the business has advanced heavily in Singapore as the hub for APAC. The Regional Wholesale Manager is a newly created role to focus on growth expansion plans that aim to further increase the brand's market share and strengthen their foothold in the region. Job Description · Drive and achieve Budgeted Net Sales and Profit targets for business partners · Responsible for business performance of Key Accounts and growth in market share · Facilitate trade shows & sell-ins and ensuring all sell-ins are rolled-out smoothly and aligned with business objectives · Develop and spearhead Product & Marketing plans with all partners · Fully manage the complete wholesale business for the region, with a key focus in Singapore market · Identify potential operational & business improvement opportunities The Successful Applicant · Bachelor's degree in a related discipline · Proven track record in delivering ambitious sales targets and business growth · Minimum 10 years of experience in a Sales role within consumer retail industry · Strong entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen required · Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills · Ability to multi-task and be versatile in a fast-paced environment · Outgoing, goal-oriented, self-motivated individuals
