Job Description : eneral Manager – Luxury Hotel Property Asia $6-7k/month + full expat package Our client operates a five star, ultra luxury property in a popular tourist destination in Asia. The property will feature luxurious accommodations, a stylish lobby bar, and exclusive amenities. We’re now looking for a luxury GM to oversee all hotel operations. The Role Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering. Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and profitability. Develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term success and performance goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team through effective communication and ongoing development. Cultivate a positive, service-oriented culture that aligns with the hotel’s standards and values. Serve as a visible and engaged representative of the hotel within the local community.
