Job Description : HEAD OF SALES - BAHRAIN We have been retained by a well-establish International Retailer that is looking to strengthen their team by adding a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will develop, implement and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales goals by managing the sales team, analysing market trends, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal departments. A bit about the role: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Oversee daily sales operations, including prospecting, lead qualification, sales campaigns, and the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies for continued growth and competitive advantage
