This role is key in ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in a 24/7, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all facilities operations, including engineering, maintenance, and environmental services. Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs for building systems. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements. Partner with leadership to plan and manage capital improvement projects.
