Job Description : 6) /Chief Financial Officer Location: Dubai My client is looking to recruit a hands-on, strategic finance leader to shape financial strategy, drive profitability, and support global growth. You will be a key business partner to the CEO, Board, and investors, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting, and governance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Drive FP&A, profitability analysis, and implement strong financial controls. Manage fundraising (equity & debt), M&A processes, and investor relations. Partner with commercial teams on revenue growth, pricing models, and margin optimization. Present financial performance and strategy to the Board and stakeholders. Qualifications: You will be a qualified accountant with 5–10+ years in progressive financial leadership within a high-growth business. Proven track record in fundraising, P&L management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with board-level exposure.
