Preferred candidate profile · Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business, or related field. · 12–15 years’ HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership. · Exposure to multinational or large manufacturing/industrial environments. · Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. · High ethical standards and ability to manage confidential matters.
