Role: hashtag#BusinessDevelopment Head – hashtag#InternationalMarkets (UK & Europe) ???? Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (International Business / Marketing / Strategy preferred) ???? Experience: 19–25 years in leading pharmaceutical companies with strong exposure to regulated markets (UK & Europe). Key Responsibilities: ???? Develop and execute business strategies for UK & Europe, with focus on hashtag#outlicensing, hashtag#ContractManufacturing, and portfolio expansion. ???? Build strategic partnerships with top global pharmaceutical companies and distributors. ???? Drive contract manufacturing business ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and timely deliveries. ???? Lead commercial negotiations for licensing agreements and collaborations. ???? Represent the organization at global pharma forums, exhibitions, and conferences. ???? Mentor and lead a high-performing business development team. Ideal Candidate: ? Strong background in out-licensing & contract manufacturing. ? Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural management skills. ? Deep understanding of UK & EU regulatory frameworks.
