Job Description : COMMERCIAL MANAGER UAE , a leading main contractor in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of large scale building projects, ensuring effective cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance from tender through to final account. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the commercial function across major building projects. Provide strategic commercial direction, supporting project delivery and profitability. Manage contractual correspondence, claims, and variations in line with company and client requirements. Ensure compliance with FIDIC and other relevant contract frameworks. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve commercial and contractual matters. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 12+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC
