Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES HEAD KSA one of the most well known tyre manufacturers in the world. They are a multinational that are known for their quality products produced as a result of state of the art manufacturing facilities and extensive R&D. Job Description · Secure the achievement of sales targets per year in terms of volumes, market shares and profitability · Lead Area Sales Managers, Retail Development and Business Development Managers to achieve the defined targets per market · Act as single point of contact for the senior leadership team with respect to Private and Commercial Vehicle tyres' commercial strategy and business development · Develop the markets with the existing national distributors in terms of activating new sales channels · Define a joint strategy and a long term business plan per main market to highlight the key topics for future development · Identify business opportunities and risks mutually with the partners · Consult national distributors for their daily operations and support the organizational development · Lead a team of managers responsible for different business areas · Manage the resources for sales: people, budget, accruals, etc. · Ensure development of sales staff · Coordinate activities with other business units · Indirectly steer supporting departments to achieve the common strategy for sales in KSA The Successful Applicant · Academic degree in business management, economics or comparable field · 5 or more years of professional experience in sales, marketing or business development · Project leader experience in projects with intercultural and remote teams · High analytic and problem-solving skills · Experienced working in international teams with diverse and intercultural backgrounds · Ability to speak Arabic is essential
