Senior Process Engineer

Job Description : Senior Process Engineer – Ice Cream Process Equipment to join a state-of-the-art ice cream manufacturing facility for our overseas clients. Key Responsibilities Lead installation, commissioning, and validation and Maintenance of next generation Ultra-modern ice cream process equipment (mixing, homogenization, pasteurization, ageing, continuous freezers, fruit feeders, ripple pumps, High Speed Cup and cone filling lines, Moulding lines, extrusion & hardening systems). Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient and hygienic production. Monitor and enhance line productivity, energy efficiency, and material yield. Troubleshoot and resolve process bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure compliance with global quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Train and mentor plant teams in process technology and equipment handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. 10–15 years of experience in ice cream/dairy/food processing industry with strong expertise in process equipment. Hands-on experience with international brands of ice cream machinery preferred. Strong knowledge of CIP, automation systems, and utilities. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and training skills. Overseas exposure will be an advantage. Location Overseas (to be shared during recruitment process). Compensation Attractive package with benefits as per international standards.
