AED 65,000 – 75,000 + benefits A leading contracting organisation is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead high-rise construction projects and drive operational excellence. What you’ll do: • Deliver multiple large-scale projects on time and budget • Oversee Projects, Planning, Technical, MEP, HSE, QA/QC, and Assets • Drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and growth What we’re looking for: • 20+ years in civil construction, 10+ in senior leadership (Director of Operations, GM, or COO) • Experience managing high-rise projects AED 2B+ • Strong leadership, FIDIC/contracts knowledge, and stakeholder management • UAE/GCC experience essential (most recent projects must be UAE-based)
