20 yearsJob Description : Facility Management Head - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Job Description Key Responsibilities - *Strategic Leadership*: Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management, engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure efficient and effective operations. - *Project Management*: Oversee planning, budgeting, design, consultant and contractor selection, construction management, quality assurance, and project closeout for operations and maintenance projects. - *Procurement Expertise*: Develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. - *Facility Operations*: Ensure smooth facility operations, maintenance, and repairs, while also managing facility-related budgets and resources. - *Team Leadership*: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and coaching to enhance performance and growth. - *Stakeholder Management*: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure alignment and effective project delivery. - *Risk Management*: Identify and mitigate risks associated with facility management, procurement, and construction projects. Requirements and Skills - *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field, with a preferred Master's degree. - *Experience*: 20+ years of experience in facility management, engineering, procurement, and construction, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning. - *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in procurement software, project management tools, and facility management systems. - *Soft Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
