Design & Implement Change in the Organisation ,Strengthen Work Culture Closely Work with the CHRO & the Leadership Team to Design & Deliver HR Products Responsible for Talent Management & Strategic HR, Manage All New hire ,On-Boarding, Training ,Employee Development HR Operations & Industrial Relations Drive Performance Management , Employee Engagement, Design & Develop Policies & Introduce Best HR Practices Work on Important Projects with Business Leadership Team , Develop & Implement HR Strategy Aligned to Business Strategy Capable to Manage Multiple Manufacturing Sites Qualification & Experience MBA /PGDM from a Premier Institute with About 20 years of Experience in a Large Chemical /Pharmaceutical Organisation at a Leadership Level in HR. An Out of Box Thinker , Able to See Big Picture & Create Impact on the Overall Performance of the Business
