Job Description : Project Director for Infrastructure Projects @ Ivory Coast (West Africa) Client: A company specialize in infrastructure development Location: Ivory Coast (West Africa) Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: BE (Civil) About the Role: The Project Director will oversee projects ensuring successful delivery within cost, time, quality, and safety parameters. The role involves end-to-end project delivery from tendering and bid management to on-site execution, stakeholder management, and commercial oversight. Candidate Profile · Proven leadership in industrial parks, free zones, or major infrastructure development. · Strong expertise in tendering, bid management, and commercial oversight. · African or international emerging markets experience is highly valued. · Excellent command of English (mandatory) Key Competencies: · Visionary leadership with ability to manage mega-projects. · Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. · Deep knowledge of construction laws, FIDIC contracts, and local regulations. · Ability to build high-performance multicultural teams. · Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients, consultants, and authorities.
