Finance Head

Job Description : Head of Finance ???? ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ???? Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 We’re looking for a Head of Finance for our client to lead financial consolidation, forecasting, and reporting for UK business operations — playing a key role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction. ???? Key Responsibilities: 1. Consolidate UK-business financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, providing accurate and timely reporting & analysis. 2. Build financial models, and report on business unit KPIs and metrics. 3. Identify and communicate financial trends and their impact on forecasts to support strategic decision-making. 4. Liaise with business units to gather reporting requirements, monitor data trends, and collaborate with regional budget owners. 5. Identify process gaps, offer scalable solutions, and drive cross-departmental collaboration. 6. Design and deliver management reports on schedule to support leadership decisions. 7. Oversee month-end and quarterly reporting, including management packs, variance analysis, and performance commentary. ? Requirements: 1. Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). 2. 15+ years of relevant experience. 3. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 4. Proficiency in reporting/consolidation tools such as Hyperion/FCCS or equivalent. 5. Strong background in group reporting functions. 6. Expertise in IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS101/102), and US GAAP. 7. Deep knowledge of group-level accounting concepts (acquisitions, disposals, impairment, asset valuations). 8. Experience preparing full financial statements with notes and cash flows.
