10 yearsJob Description : Deputy Director - Organizational Development in Dubai AED 48,000-50,000 + Family medical insurance + Annual bonus We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive organization effectiveness, workforce planning, total rewards, and HR governance. Reporting to the Executive Director – Human Capital, this role will play a key part in shaping our client's people strategy to support business growth and transformation. -Lead organization design, job evaluation, and change management initiatives. -Design and implement total rewards, compensation, and recognition frameworks. -Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational effectiveness. -Oversee HR policy governance, payroll accuracy, and audit compliance. Partner with leadership to deliver a high-performance, transparent, and engaging workplace. -Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). -Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable. -10-15 years’ HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. -Strong expertise in compensation, workforce planning, org design, and HR policy. -Experience in multi-business or holding company environments preferred.
