Key Responsibilities • Lead HR & Administration while ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor law • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and development programs • Build a positive and engaging workplace culture • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations to support retention & growth • Align HR strategies with business objectives and support management decisions • Contribute to HR, Government Relations, and Administration projects ????????????????????????? ? Requirements • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage • 12+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in management • Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and GCC HR practices • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • High integrity with handling confidential matters • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and MS Office
