Responsibilities: · Lead commercial, operations, production, and finance functions. · Drive sales & distribution performance. · Ensure efficiency, compliance & cross-functional coordination. Requirements: · Min. 3 years leadership/management experience in FMCG/Food Production. · Graduate, preferably from IIM or equivalent. · Strong knowledge of sales, distribution & accounts. · Must be below 40 years, energetic & adaptable.
