Job Description : HR DIRECTOR NETHERLANDS Van Mossel Automotive Group is one of the largest and most versatile automotive companies in Europe. The HR Director is ultimately responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of Van Mossel Automotive Group Netherlands' strategic HR policy. The role aims to position HR as a strategic business partner and to serve as a bridge between management, line management, and the HR organization. Main Responsibilities Strategic HR Policy: Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with business objectives; Leadership: Managing and developing HR Business Partners, HR Service Center, Payroll Administration, Absenteeism, Training Advisor and Application Management; Ultimately responsible for an effective absenteeism policy, sustainable employability and cooperation with occupational health and safety services; Ultimately responsible for a future-oriented and efficient recruitment policy focused on inflow, employer branding and talent acquisition; Ensuring efficient, reliable and error-free HR and payroll administration; Developing policies and programs aimed at the inflow, progression, leadership and retention of talent; Digitalization & application management: Optimizing HR systems and processes, focusing on ease of use and data-driven decision-making; Promoting a strong corporate culture and guiding change processes; Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and minimize HR-related risks; Analyze and report on HR developments and advise management on trends, risks, and improvements. The ideal candidate HBO+ working and thinking level, supplemented with at least 10 years of work experience in a senior HR Leadership position; Demonstrable experience with organizational development, leadership development and digitalization of HR processes; Experience in managing multiple HR disciplines within a complex, dynamic organization; Strong demonstrable experience with stakeholder management (internal and external); Strategic, communicative, connecting and results-oriented are competencies that we would like to see in the candidate.
