Job Description : Procurement & Supply Chain Manager – Thika, Kenya Are you a supply chain leader with a passion for driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence? We are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Thika, Kenya. What You’ll Do: ?? Lead procurement strategies that deliver value in quality, cost, and timely delivery ?? Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance ?? Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations – planning, warehousing, distribution & logistics ?? Optimize inventory and forecast demand in coordination with production, sales & finance ?? Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives ?? Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team What We’re Looking For: ???? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration (Master’s/CIPS/APICS a plus) ???? 7+ years’ experience in procurement & supply chain management (manufacturing/FMCG preferred) ???? Strong expertise in sourcing, logistics, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) ???? Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ????
