Job Description : CEO LATAM Iron Cove Global is seeking expressions of interest for a President/CEO position with a Canadian-based, precious metals-focused exploration company. The position will lead the company’s strategic direction, operational execution and market engagement as it advances its portfolio of precious metals exploration assets in Latin America. The CEO will be responsible for driving shareholder value through exploration success, strategic partnerships and effective corporate governance, while ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders in both Canada and Latin America. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and vision to position the company as a leading precious metals explorer in Latin America. Oversee exploration programs, ensuring technical excellence, compliance and cost-effectiveness. Serve as the primary spokesperson to investors, analysts and media, maintaining high visibility in the capital markets. Lead equity financing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors. Build and maintain strategic relationships with local communities, government authorities and joint venture partners in Latin America. Qualifications & Experience Notable experience in the resources sector, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role with a publicly listed resources company. Demonstrated success in capital markets, fundraising and shareholder engagement. Proven track record of exploration leadership, preferably in precious metals and within Latin America. Strong understanding of Latin American operating environments and cultural dynamics. Fluency in Spanish considered a strong asset.
