The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader who can optimize operations, drive profitability, and build high-performing teams across multiple functions. Key Focus Areas: ? Oversee and enhance daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance ? Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals ? Lead cross-functional teams in production, supply chain, and sales ? Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability ? Monitor performance metrics and drive operational excellence What We’re Looking For: ????
