Job Description : EXPLORATION MANAGER GOLD PAN AFRICA an ASX-listed critical minerals exploration company with mineral discovery and development interests in Africa. The company is seeking a dynamic and driven Exploration Manager to lead and manage exploration programs across several jurisdictions. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise, project management capability and resources sector commercial acumen to drive the development of a growing exploration business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, planning and execution of exploration programs across multiple African jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with local regulations. Provide technical leadership in target generation, project evaluation, drilling campaigns and resource definition. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation, safety and operational excellence. Collaborate with senior management to align exploration strategy with corporate objectives, budgets and timelines. Engage effectively with local stakeholders, JV partners, government agencies and community representatives. Contribute to investor communications and represent the company at conferences, roadshows and industry events. Provide technical input into corporate development activities, including acquisitions, JV opportunities and strategic partnerships. Support preparation of technical reports, announcements and presentations for board, market, and investor audiences. Required Experience: Degree in Geology related Geoscience field (postgraduate qualifications desirable). 10+ years’ experience in mineral exploration, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in mineral exploration, ideally with exposure to African jurisdictions or similar developing region operating environments. Strong track record of exploration success and discovery. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage credibly with technical teams, corporate stakeholders and investors. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth beyond exploration. Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience in managing teams in challenging or remote environments. High level of cultural awareness, adaptability and relationship management skills.
