20 yearsJob Description : CEO MEXICO FOR FMCG Open to Spanish speaking International candidates - Strategic Leadership: Drive vision, execution, and performance for the two integrated business units within the ingredients segment. - P&L Ownership: Manage the full P&L, improve margins, and lead financial performance across product lines and markets. - Capacity Expansion: Oversee the planning and commissioning of a new production unit and upgrade current facilities. - Client & Key Account Leadership: Strengthen strategic partnerships with top FMCG and beverage companies (e.g., HUL, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, ITC). - Sales & Distribution Strategy: Design and execute B2B-focused sales strategies to meet aggressive growth objectives. - Team Development: Lead a team of 40+ professionals and 60+ plant workers, including hiring and capability development for growth. - Operational Excellence: Streamline production, optimize costs, and ensure high standards in quality, compliance, and supply chain. Ideal Candidate Profile - Experience: 15+ years in the ingredients, food processing, or allied industries, with strong exposure to strategy, operations, and sales. - Track Record: Successfully handled business portfolios of 100 crore+, with proven revenue and margin expansion. - Industry Exposure: Direct engagement with FMCG and beverage industry clients is essential. - Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B sales, key account management, and institutional selling. - Educational Background: Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or similar disciplines from reputed institutions. - Leadership Skills: Proven leadership in managing large teams and complex operations across geographies.
