Job Description : NSM NIGERIA MCG sourcing and processing company. Job Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the sales and marketing function including directing, recruiting, and training of subordinates. To visit customers on a regular basis around the country and ensuring that customer requirements are processed efficiently and they should be serviced to the highest standard at all times. Provide quotations to the customers, developing new business, and identifying the new product, and/or market opportunities for the Company. Work with the Finance and Admin department to ensure appropriate pricing policies are kept and that stocks are maintained at adequate levels. Support the Finance team in debtor management and adherence to credit controls. Liaise with the production and warehouse departments to ensure items are produced in a manner to ensure timely delivery to the customer. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA 10-15 years of Sales and Business Development experience in FMCG. Nigeria experience is a must. A dynamic personality with proven ability in new market development. Excellent spoken and written English. Status: Bachelor
