We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager (Stamping) to lead and oversee the maintenance department within a high-volume automotive stamping facility. This role requires an expert with hands-on experience in XL Tandem Press and Blanking Lines, capable of managing a team of up to 50 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new plant launches, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, along with proven leadership and technical excellence in fast-paced manufacturing environments. ???? Requirements: • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Stamping, Heavy Machinery, or Body-in-White environments, with strong Tandem Press Line expertise. • Proven experience in plant launch, maintenance planning, and leadership. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. • Strong project management and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software. • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience). ???? Mandatory Expertise: • Servo tandem press line knowledge • Stamping equipment knowledge • Maintenance methodology knowledge (CMMS) • Technical knowledge (PLC, automation, hydraulic, pneumatics) • New launch experience (stamping line) • OEM/Tier One experience • Stamping process knowledge • EHS knowledge (maintenance area) • Stamping production tool knowledge • Maintenance software knowledge • Installation & commissioning experience
