What You’ll Do Lead & manage a sales team to achieve ambitious targets Build robust dealer/distributor networks across East Africa Develop smart sales strategies & accurate forecasts Strengthen customer relationships & ensure top-notch service Drive revenue growth and timely collections Mentor, train & empower the sales team for success ???? What We’re Looking For 6–7+ years of project sales / channel management in steel, cement, or building materials Prior African market experience is a big plus ????
