Key Responsibilities: ????Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. ????Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit functions in line with international standards. ????Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making. ????Manage working capital, cash flow, and cost control initiatives. ????Support project expansion, capital investment, and plant operations. ????Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance frameworks. ????Build and lead high-performing finance teams. ????Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and financial partners. ???? Requirements: ????Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. ????Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA) preferred. ????Minimum 15 years of finance leadership experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing. ????Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial strategy, and cost management. ????Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. ????Willingness to relocate and work in Mali.
