Job Description : DIRECTOR - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & MARKET RESEARCH AED 40,000-45,000 monthly+ family benefits (Medical, Ticket + Education allowance) + Annual Bonus Location - Dubai Industry - Candidates having experience in Logistics, Ports, Terminals or shipping industry preferred We are seeking a visionary individual to lead the development of an insights capability that empowers senior leadership with clarity, foresight, & actionable recommendations. This role will drive intelligence gathering, market monitoring, and competitor analysis to shape business strategy, investment priorities, and long-term growth & is a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction by equipping leadership with intelligence that drives sustainable growth and future-readiness. Role:- -Monitor global markets, industries, and competitors to identify risks, shifts, and opportunities. -Translate intelligence into clear, evidence-based insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making. -Deliver forward-looking recommendations to guide investment, growth, and innovation. -Lead and develop a high-performing insights team, building credibility with senior stakeholders. -Foster collaboration across business units to embed intelligence into planning and execution. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred). -12–15 years’ experience in market intelligence, strategy, or related fields. -Proven track record in delivering insights that influenced strategic outcomes. -Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. -Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex findings into actionable narratives.
