This role requires a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s long-term goals. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance and professional growth. Optimize cost structures and improve financial efficiency across all operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities and risks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred). Minimum of 18 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing. Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and supply chain dynamics. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead high-performing teams.
