Job Description : Business Unit Head (Textile Division) ???? ???? Location: Uganda ???? Industry: Textile Manufacturing & Operations We are looking for a dynamic Business Unit Head – Textile Division with strong leadership in textile manufacturing and operations. ? Key Requirements Degree/Diploma in Textile 20+ years of experience, with at least 6–8 years at senior leadership level (BU Head / CEO role in textile unit) Strong background in Textile Manufacturing & Operations Hands-on product expertise: Fabrics, Bed Sheets, T-Shirts, Uniforms, PV, PC, Cotton, Minimart, Polyester, etc. ERP knowledge – SAP experience preferred Age: Below 50 years ? Core Responsibilities Lead the Textile Division with full P&L responsibility Drive strategic planning, growth & operational excellence Ensure quality, productivity & sales growth targets are achieved Build & mentor a high-performing team ????
