Job Description : General Manager (FMCG Food Production, Distribution & Agro-Processing) Experience: 8 Yrs to 15+ Yrs Location: Lagos, Nigeria Key Responsibilities · Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the company across all functions, including commercial, operations, production, and finance. · Provide leadership and direction to the Production Manager, Finance Controller, Sales Heads, and Operations Manager, ensuring alignment with company objectives. · Drive sales performance, ensure effective distribution systems, and maintain oversight of accounts and financial reporting. · Ensure operational efficiency, strong inter-departmental coordination, and compliance across the organization. Requirements · Minimum of 3 years work experience in a management or leadership role within FMCG, food production, or related industries. · Graduate of a recognized higher institution, preferably with credentials from the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) or equivalent. · Strong understanding of sales strategies, with general knowledge of accounts and distribution systems. · Must be younger than 40 years old, energetic, adaptable, and able to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
