Job Description : Technical Head – Manufacturing ???? Location: Mali Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader ready for your next big challenge? We’re looking for an experienced Technical Head to lead operations at our manufacturing facility in Mali. ???? French is Mandatory This is a strategic leadership role for someone with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and project implementation. You’ll oversee the entire plant, drive operational excellence, and lead large-scale projects including facility expansions and technology upgrades. ????? Key Responsibilities: • Lead production, maintenance, and quality operations across the plant • Execute end-to-end project implementation – from new line setups to facility upgrades • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with international safety, quality, and environmental standards • Manage and mentor diverse technical teams • Collaborate with leadership on innovation and long-term growth strategies ? What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering • 15+ years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in leadership • Proven track record in project execution and process optimization • Expertise in lean methodologies and operational excellence • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills • Willingness to relocate to Mali and thrive in a multicultural environment ????
