Job Description : Manager – Infrastructure & Security Location: Qatar Experience: 15–20 years in Managed IT Services (preferably with software development firms) Key Focus Areas: • End-to-end IT infrastructure management (on-prem & cloud – especially OCI) • Expertise in Oracle DB, WebLogic, MongoDB, Jasper Reports • SPARC hardware, enterprise-grade HR systems, and storage optimization • Cloud migration, hybrid setups & disaster recovery planning • Network design, cybersecurity, and compliance leadership • Client-facing infrastructure solutions & team mentoring Core Competencies: • Strategic leadership & project management • Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with ITIL, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards • Effective communicator across tech teams & clients
