DIRECTOR COMMERCIAL

Job Description : Director Commercial Location: Fujairah, United Arab Emirates Experience Required: 10+ years in Commercial Management, preferably in Flexo Printing industry Education: MBA (Operations) or (BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Printing/Packaging) Company: Orchid International FZC Part of the SIVA Group (https://orchidinternational.net/) Key Responsibilities: Commercial Leadership · Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market share. · Conduct market analysis, identify growth trends, and recommend product innovations or service expansions. · Represent the company in trade shows, client meetings, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility. · Manage commercial risk through proper contract negotiation and compliance with legal and regulatory norms. · Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive team performance and customer satisfaction. Production & Operations Oversight · Oversee plant production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery. · Collaborate with Plant Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align production schedules with commercial commitments. · Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, capacity utilization, and cost optimization. · Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within production facilities. · Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor productivity, wastage, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness(OEE). · Lead cross-functional coordination to resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and customer complaints.
