Job Description : VP MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS CARIBEAN Seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to lead operations and commercial excellence within the region. The role involves overseeing multi-site business operations, with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute operational and commercial strategy to support business growth and market share expansion. - Lead improvements in safety, delivery performance, production efficiency, quality, and supply chain. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with commercial and product teams to meet business objectives and foster a high performance culture. - Manage budgets and performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as needed. - Champion operational excellence to enhance customer experience. - Build and develop high-performing teams through talent acquisition and leadership development. - Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and teamwork. Candidate Profile: - At least a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or related field. - 18+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing industry. - Proven success in operational strategy, P&L management and driving profitability. - Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards. - Skilled in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
